Neural UI 2 is the UI library generation for Angular 22. Core is its Angular component package: @neural-ui/core. Its 94 public components cover forms, data, navigation, overlays and feedback.
Start by installing Core and rendering one Button. You can then add editable fields, validation and the visual settings your application actually needs.
Choose a component for the semantic task, not just its appearance. Give each editable value one owner. An input configures a component, a model synchronizes an editable value, a proposal asks your application to accept a change, and an event reports an interaction.
Use public entrypoints and documented bindings. Signal Forms connects field values and validation without a second competing value binding. Angular 22 is zoneless by default; update the signals read by your templates.
template.html ยท fragment
<!-- Fragment: choose the binding for the task. -->
<button neu-button type="button" [disabled]="blocked()" (neuClick)="run()">Run</button>
<neu-input label="Name" [(value)]="name" />
<neu-input label="Name" [formField]="fields.name" />
Core provides the controls and their structural icons. It does not depend on an application icon provider: project your own SVG or connect an optional resolver when you need extra icons. Neural Icons is a separate, optional project. Charts are not included in Core.
Core supports server rendering and hydration. Your Angular application configures SSR and supplies accessible names, application text and the initial state.
Need an editable form? Start with Signal Forms. Need your own visual identity? Start with Themes, then use Tokens for specific overrides. Need to choose between components? The catalog describes the task each component solves.
